1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which tablets does the Samsung Smart Book Cover EF-BX730P fit?
The Galaxy Tab S11, and only that one. The cut-outs and magnets of a Book Cover are shaped for a specific model: a cover designed for another generation leaves the cameras or speakers misaligned.
Does the tablet go to sleep when you close the Book Cover?
Yes, automatic sleep mode turns the screen off when you close it and back on when you open it. That is a real battery saving on a tablet you open and close twenty times a day, without having to touch the button.
Does the Smart Book Cover hold the tablet upright?
Yes, its foldable back forms a stable stand in portrait as well as landscape. Portrait is for reading or reviewing notes, landscape for watching a video: the same accessory covers both positions.
How does the Samsung Smart Book Cover attach?
With a magnetic attachment system: you bring it close to the tablet and it positions itself. No clip to force, no rigid shell to snap on — which is also what lets you remove it in a second to use the tablet bare.
Can you use the S Pen and a keyboard with the Smart Book Cover?
Yes: with the cover in place, you can still connect an external Bluetooth keyboard, charge the tablet and use the S Pen. So it does not force you to give up any accessory in the Galaxy Tab ecosystem.
Does the inside of the Smart Book Cover scratch the screen?
No: it is made of soft microfibre, a material chosen precisely to be in contact with the panel without marking it. A metal surround also frames the camera block, the most exposed part of a tablet laid flat.
What is in the box of the Samsung Smart Book Cover?
The Book Cover and its user guide. It is a protective accessory: the tablet, the S Pen and the keyboard are ordered separately, each with its own reference in the Galaxy Tab range.
Is the Samsung Smart Book Cover new and under warranty?
New, reference EF-BX730PBEGWW, in original Samsung packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
