1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Samsung privacy screen work in portrait mode?
No: the protection applies in landscape mode and does not work in portrait mode. That is the limitation to know before buying: with the tablet held upright, the screen remains readable by the person next to you.
From what angle does the screen become unreadable to the person next to you?
Beyond 30 degrees in landscape mode. Within that angle, you see normally; beyond it, the screen darkens to create a blackout effect — enough to read a document on a train or in a waiting room without anyone reading over your shoulder.
Does the Samsung privacy screen interfere with the S Pen or unlocking?
It sits between your finger and the panel: recognition of the S Pen, touch, fingerprint and face is affected as a result. To restore optimal detection, the film can be removed from the front — it is designed for that.
How does the privacy screen for Galaxy Tab S9 attach?
With magnets, and it is detachable. You put it on for a journey and take it off at the office. The same magnetic system also lets you change the back cover for another accessory in the range.
Is the Samsung privacy screen sold with the tablet?
No, it is an accessory sold on its own, for the Galaxy Tab S9. The other items in the accessory range — covers, keyboards, S Pen — are also ordered separately.
Is the Samsung privacy screen for Galaxy Tab S9 new and under warranty?
New, reference EF-NX712PBEGWW, in original Samsung packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
