This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Does the Honeywell MPD31D printer need a ribbon?
No, it prints using direct thermal technology: heat develops the heat-sensitive paper, with no ribbon or cartridge. Just one consumable to manage in the field — the roll — and nothing to change mid-round.
Is the Honeywell MPD31D resistant to shocks and dust?
It carries an IP54 rating and is rated for 1.5-metre drops. IP54 means protected against dust and splashing water: enough to work on a loading dock, in a warehouse or outdoors in overcast weather.
What battery life does the Honeywell MPD31D portable printer offer?
Its 2,100 mAh battery is rated for up to 300 metres of printed media per charge. This is the right unit for a mobile printer: a number of hours tells you nothing, the printed length does.
What receipt widths does the Honeywell MPD31D print?
Rolls from 58 to 80 mm wide, for an effective print width of 72 mm. Two different values: the 80 mm refers to the paper, the 72 mm to the area actually printed — and that is what counts for the layout.
Can you print from a phone with the Honeywell MPD31D?
