1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need a ribbon with the Honeywell PC41e-D printer?
No, it prints using direct thermal: heat develops the image on heat-sensitive paper, with no ribbon. Only one consumable to rebuy, but a label that fades with time and heat — best kept for short-term labelling.
How fast does the Honeywell PC41e-D print?
Up to 8 inches per second, i.e. about 203 mm/s, at 203 dpi. It is a pace that keeps up with a checkout, a stockroom or a shipping station without keeping the operator waiting.
What label widths does the Honeywell PC41e-D accept?
Media up to 114 mm wide, for a usable print width of 108 mm. Two distinct dimensions: the first describes the roll the machine takes, the second the area actually printed.
Which rolls fit the Honeywell PC41e-D?
Rolls of up to 127 mm in diameter, on a 0.5 or 1 inch core. The core diameter is the first thing to check with your label supplier: a roll on the wrong core will not fit.
Can the Honeywell PC41e-D replace another brand's printer?
Yes, thanks to its ZPL II, EPL, DPL and IPL emulations. These languages allow it to take the place of an existing model without rewriting your label templates or changing the management software.
How does the Honeywell PC41e-D connect?
Via a dual USB connection: Device and Host. The Device port links the printer to the computer; the Host port accepts a USB flash drive or a scanner, for printing without a computer. It has 128 MB of RAM and 128 MB of Flash memory.
Does the Honeywell PC41e-D detect the start of each label?
Yes, using two sensors: one detects the gap between labels, the other the black mark printed on the back of some rolls. This is what ensures the text lands in the right place, label after label.
How much space does the Honeywell PC41e-D take up?
222 x 184 x 174 mm for about 1.4 kg, i.e. 22 cm deep. It fits on a checkout counter or a corner of a shipping table, which is the first criterion on an already crowded workstation.
