1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Cash on delivery (deposit of 300 DH by card or bank transfer)

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 1 139 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many of the 3S550F's six outlets are powered during an outage?
Three. The other three FR outlets are protected against surges but switch off with the mains. On a UPS of this size, this split matters: keep the three battery-backed outlets for the essentials — desktop tower, monitor and router.
What can you really connect to a 550 VA UPS?
330 W in total, not 550: VA is apparent power, watts are the power actually available. That corresponds to a light workstation — an office desktop tower with its monitor, or an internet router with a set-top box — and no more.
Can the PC shut down on its own with the 3S550F?
Yes, the UPS has a USB port and its cable is included: connected to the computer, it lets you trigger a clean system shutdown before the battery runs out, rather than suffering an abrupt power cut.
Is this UPS noisy once it is on a desk?
It is rated below 25 dB at one metre, the level of a quiet room. This is what lets you install it next to a workstation, under a TV cabinet or near a router without it being noticed.
How does the 3S550F connect to the mains?
Via a cord ending in a Schuko plug. It accepts an input of 230 V by default, adjustable to 220 or 240 V, at a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz, and delivers the same voltage at the output on its six FR outlets.
How much space and weight for this small Eaton UPS?
Only 3.2 kg: it is one of the lightest in its category, which makes it easy to tuck behind a piece of furniture or under a desk. This low weight comes from the small battery that its 330 W rating calls for.
Is the Eaton 3S Gen2 3S550F new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. It is an off-line UPS: it lets mains power through and only takes over in the event of an outage, without permanent voltage regulation.
