1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Pay 200 MAD up front by card, then 269 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

What ports does the Ugreen 5-in-1 USB-C Hub (10919) offer?
It offers 5 ports:
  • 1× HDMI 4K@60Hz

  • 2× USB 3.0 (5 Gbps)
Can the USB-C charging port also transfer data?
No. The USB-C Power Delivery 100W port is for charging only (pass-through charging) and does not transfer data. Data goes through the two USB 3.0 ports.
Can the hub really charge a laptop at 100W?
It accepts pass-through charging of up to 100W input, but your computer receives up to 95W because the hub uses about 5W to run.
Does the HDMI output really reach 4K at 60Hz?
Yes, provided your device's USB-C port supports the DisplayPort 1.4 standard. With DisplayPort 1.2, the output is limited to 4K@30Hz.
Does the HDMI output work on any computer?
No. Your device's USB-C port must support video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode). Without it, the HDMI output does not work.
Do I need to install a driver to use the Ugreen hub?
It is plug-and-play on macOS, iPadOS and Windows 8 to 11. On Windows 7/XP and on Linux, a driver may need to be installed (particularly for Ethernet).
What speed does the hub's Ethernet port offer?
The RJ45 port is Gigabit and supports 10/100/1000 Mbps, i.e. up to 1000 Mbps for browsing, streaming and downloads.
Can an external hard drive be connected to the hub's USB ports?
Yes, via the USB 3.0 ports (5 Gbps), but only one drive at a time because of the limited power (10W). A 3.5" hard drive requires an external power supply.
Is the Ugreen hub compatible with an iPad or a smartphone?
Yes, with recent iPad Pro/Air/Mini models and the Galaxy S23. Note: on iPad, only mirror mode is available for display output.
What material is this USB-C hub made of?
It is made of aluminium for good heat dissipation, in a compact and lightweight format (about 12.2 × 2.6 × 1.8 cm) that is easy to carry.
Is the Ugreen USB-C hub new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and genuine Ugreen. Your invoice serves as the warranty document, for a period of 1 year.
