1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Does this Ugreen hub need a driver?
No: it is plug and play, no driver is required. You plug it into a free USB-A port and the four ports are immediately usable on Windows, macOS and Linux.
How fast does this USB 2.0 hub transfer data?
Up to 480 Mbps, the speed of USB 2.0. That is more than enough for a keyboard, mouse, printer or USB flash drive, but not for an external drive you work from every day.
How long is the cable on this Ugreen 4-port hub?
1 metre. Enough to run from a tower on the floor up to the desktop, where a short-cable hub would have you bending down to plug in a flash drive.
Does this hub fit in a laptop bag?
Yes: 103 × 33 × 14 mm and 32 g, cable included. It slips into the front pocket of a laptop bag without you noticing it.
