1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Yes: it is a travel dock about 71 mm in diameter, weighing 93.5 g, with a retractable USB-C cable of about 24.8 cm. Nothing extra to carry.
How many displays does this 7-in-1 dock drive?
Two: either one 6K display (6016 × 3384) at 60 Hz, or two 4K displays. The outputs are one HDMI 2.1 and one DisplayPort 1.4.
Does this dock charge the laptop?
Yes, up to 100 W via Power Delivery on a Dell system. It also distributes power according to the actual use of the connected devices.
Do all the USB ports on this DA326 run at the same speed?
No: one USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 at 10 Gbps, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 at 5 Gbps and two USB-C ports. Keep the 10 Gbps port for the external drive.
