1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need to install software to use this presentation remote?
No. The USB receiver is Plug & Play: you plug it in and the remote controls PowerPoint and Keynote straight away, without any driver. In nano format, it takes up just one USB port and can stay permanently in the presentation laptop.
What happens if I lose the USB receiver?
Best to take care of it: the remote and its receiver are exclusively paired with each other, to avoid interference. A storage compartment is built into the remote so you can slip the receiver in as soon as the presentation ends.
How far from the computer can you move?
Up to about 20 metres, using 2.4 GHz radio frequency. You can walk around the whole room, go to the back or step behind a row of seats: the receiver stays connected throughout your presentation.
Does it run on batteries, and how do you know when they are running out?
It runs on two AAA batteries. A battery indicator warns you as soon as the battery level gets low: you see the failure coming before the presentation, not in the middle of it.
What exactly are the four buttons for?
They cover the whole flow of a presentation: next, previous, pause the display to bring the room's attention back to you, and start the slideshow. The red laser pointer has its own control, to highlight a specific point on the slide.
Is it compatible with a Mac?
Yes. It is supported on macOS X 10.11 as well as Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10), and controls Keynote as well as PowerPoint. The nano receiver takes up just one USB port and needs no driver, whichever the system.
Is the Kensington 33374EU remote new and under warranty?
Yes: a new and sealed product, reference 33374EU, supplied with its paired receiver and with its invoice, which serves as the 1-year warranty. Professional matte black finish, 100 g on the scales.
