1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Yes: this reference is supplied with 1 ClickShare Button, the USB-C transmitter you plug into the laptop to share its screen in one click, without installing anything. Sharing from the ClickShare app or via BYOD remains possible alongside it, with up to 32 devices connected to the base unit.
What resolution does the ClickShare C-10 Gen2 display?
4K. On a large meeting-room screen, 4K makes a real difference to how legible a spreadsheet or a plan is: text stays sharp for participants sitting at the back of the room.
Can the ClickShare C-10 Gen2 display two screens at once?
Yes, it supports simultaneous sharing of two screens. Two documents side by side rather than taking turns: this is the feature that turns a presentation into a working session.
Is the ClickShare C-10 Gen2 secure for a company network?
It is ISO 27001 certified, the information security management standard. On equipment connected to the internal network and used by outside visitors, this is the assurance the IT department will ask for.

Yes: annotation and whiteboarding are built in. You can underline a figure directly on the presentation, or start again from a blank page, without leaving the system or switching applications.

New, reference R9861611EUB1, in original Barco packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
