1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the ClickShare CX-50 Gen2 support two displays?
Yes, it supports dual displays: you show the remote participants on one and the shared content on the other at the same time. This is what makes a hybrid meeting truly easy to follow.
What do the UC and BYOM modes of the ClickShare CX-50 Gen2 mean?
In UC mode, the room uses its own video conferencing system; in BYOM mode, each person starts the meeting from their own computer and uses the room's camera and microphone. Switching from one to the other is done without reconfiguring the room.
Does the ClickShare CX-50 Gen2 work with Teams or Zoom?
It is stated to be compatible with all video conferencing tools. That is the point of BYOM mode: the room does not impose its platform, and each participant starts the meeting from the tool they already use.
Can you connect to the ClickShare CX-50 Gen2 by cable?
Yes, via a 4K docking station, in addition to the wireless connection. A single cable then brings the picture, sound, camera and microphone of the room to the computer — useful when the guest's Wi-Fi is restricted.
How do you manage a fleet of ClickShare CX-50 Gen2 units?
Through secure cloud management. Across several rooms, this is what lets you update, monitor and troubleshoot remotely, without sending a technician to each building.
Is the Barco ClickShare CX-50 Gen2 new and under warranty?
New, reference R9861622EUB2, in original Barco packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
