Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Sales invoice

Every order comes with its sales invoice, included with the parcel (handed over in person for a store collection).

Ordering for a company? Using the details you give at checkout (company name and ICE), the invoice is issued in your company's name, with its ICE.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need to install software to use the ClickShare Button?
No: you plug the button into USB-C, click, and the room display shows the computer. Nothing to install or learn — which is precisely what lets an outside visitor present without assistance.
Does the ClickShare Button also transmit sound?
Yes, video and audio are sent together. This is a point to check on any wireless sharing system: many only send the picture, which means plugging a jack cable back in for the slightest video.
Does the ClickShare Button work on its own?
No: it establishes a wireless link to a ClickShare base unit, which must be installed in the room. The button is the transmitter; without a base unit connected to the display, it has nothing to talk to.
Does the ClickShare Button USB-C work on a Mac as well as on a PC?
It is stated to be compatible with most operating systems and plugs into computers fitted with a USB-C port. That is its whole purpose: any laptop in the room can take over the screen.
Is the Barco ClickShare Button USB-C new and under warranty?
New, reference R9861600D01C, in original Barco packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
