1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many buttons are supplied with the ClickShare C-10 Gen2?
Two. This is what sets this reference apart from the base version, supplied without a button: two participants can connect their computers at the same time, without passing the same transmitter around.
Can the ClickShare C-10 Gen2 display two computers at once?
Yes, two sources simultaneously on screen. This is the feature that changes a meeting: comparing two documents side by side rather than taking turns, without anyone having to give up the display.
Can you annotate on screen with the ClickShare C-10 Gen2?
Yes: annotation, blackboarding and TouchBack touch control. The latter lets you control the shared computer directly from the room's touchscreen — the presenter no longer has to go back to their keyboard.
Do you need a button to share with the ClickShare C-10 Gen2?
No, sharing also works through the app, AirPlay or Google Cast, natively. A visitor who does not have a button to hand can therefore present from their phone or tablet.
What wireless range does the ClickShare C-10 Gen2 offer?
Up to 30 metres between the button and the base unit. Enough to cover a large meeting room or a lecture theatre, with the presenter free to move around without losing the display.
How does the ClickShare C-10 Gen2 connect to the network?
Via a Gigabit Ethernet port or 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Video output goes up to 4K, and fleet management is done in the cloud, with usage reports per room.
Does the ClickShare C-10 Gen2 replace a video conferencing system?
It can be used on its own or alongside an existing room system. It therefore does not replace a video conferencing bar: it adds wireless screen sharing to the equipment already in place.
Is the Barco ClickShare C-10 Gen2 with 2 buttons new and under warranty?
New, reference R9861611EUB2, in original Barco packaging, with its two buttons. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
