1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Will this Canon RF lens fit my EOS DSLR?
No: it has an RF mount, the mount used by EOS R mirrorless cameras. A DSLR with an EF mount cannot take it.
What does this lens's f/1.2 aperture make possible?
Remarkable low-light performance and very precise depth of field. At f/1.2 on a short telephoto, the background disappears completely behind the subject.
How does this lens reduce optical flaws?
With BR optics, which control chromatic aberration, and aspherical and UD elements for sharpness. The ASC coating also eliminates flare when shooting against the light.
Is this lens's autofocus quiet?
Yes: the USM motor provides smooth, quiet focusing, which matters as much in discreet reportage as in video.
Is this lens stabilised?
No: it has no optical stabilisation. On an EOS R body with sensor stabilisation, the camera compensates; otherwise, you will need to keep an eye on your shutter speed.
Can the controls on this lens be customised?
