1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do these Dell rails install without tools?
Yes: they are static ReadyRails, with tool-less installation in four-post racks. They mount by snapping into place.
Are these rails suitable for a two-post rack?
Yes: they are listed as compatible with 4-post racks (square or round holes) and 2-post Telco racks. That is rare flexibility for a rail kit.
Do these rails accept a cable management arm?
No: Dell states it explicitly, these rails are not compatible with cable management arms (CMA). Rear cabling must therefore be organised another way.
Which server do these Dell rails mount on?
The Dell PowerEdge R220. Rail kits are specific to the chassis: the reference must match the server model exactly.
What is the difference between static rails and sliding rails?
Static rails hold the server in place: to work on it, you have to remove it from the rack. Sliding rails let it slide forward, with the machine powered on.
Is this Dell rail kit new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Dell product, reference 770-BBHI. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it in case a defect is found.
