1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the EncorePro 320 plug directly into USB?
No. It ends in a QD (Quick Disconnect) connector and connects to a desk phone or a computer through a QD cord or an adapter. Make sure you get this connecting part with the headset: it determines how it plugs in.
What is Quick Disconnect for at a call centre workstation?
To get up without removing the headset or hanging up: the connector unclips in one move halfway along the cord and clips back in when you return. Poly makes it an everyday feature of agent workstations, just like mute.
Can you keep the EncorePro 320 around your neck between calls?
Yes, it is designed for that: the ear cushions fold flat so the headset can rest around the neck between calls. The agent stays available without having to take the headset off and put it back on each time.
How much does the binaural EncorePro 320 weigh?
52 g for two ear cups, in an on-ear design with foam cushions. It is a weight designed for workstations where the headset stays on all day, and it matters more than speaker power.
How does this headset protect an agent's hearing?
SoundGuard technology combines three protections: sounds are limited to below 118 dBA, the G616 anti-startle function caps noises at 102 dB SPL in line with the Australian ACIF recommendation, and average daily exposure is measured to stay below 80 to 85 dBA.
Can you position the mic boom to suit your head?
Yes, the flexible 135 mm boom rotates through 290°. It carries a single noise-cancelling microphone that screens out background noise and nearby conversations, with a stated signal-to-noise ratio of more than 53 dB.
What does “frequency response optimised for voice” mean?
That the headset favours the speech range over musical breadth: the sound is tuned for clarity and accuracy in conversations, through 30 mm, 32 ohm speakers. An agent headset, not a listening headset.
Which systems and platforms does the EncorePro 320 work with?
It is certified for Skype for Business and supported on Windows 10 and macOS, via its QD cord. The Poly Lens app is then used for settings and for managing the headset fleet.
What is in the box of the EncorePro 320?
The headset and its user guide. You will also need the QD cord or the adapter that connects it to your desk phone or computer: it determines compatibility with your setup.
