1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Will my 16-inch laptop really fit inside?
The compartment is designed for a 40.9 cm diagonal, i.e. 16 inches, and takes a machine of 380 × 240 × 30 mm maximum. Measure yours rather than relying on the diagonal alone: it is the 30 mm thickness you need to check first. The laptop compartment is padded and separate from the main compartment.
Does the bag protect my laptop from rain?
Its outer fabric is water-resistant 600D polyester, and the inner lining is also 100% polyester. Care is by hand: wipe with a clean, damp cloth, then air dry.
What actually protects the laptop from knocks inside?
A dedicated padded laptop compartment, backed by a padded back panel, with the padding made of EPE foam. Kept apart from the rest of the bag's contents, the laptop is protected against knocks and scratches.
Is there room to store the charger, mouse and documents separately?
Yes, with 13 litres in total: main compartment, document compartment, padded laptop compartment, inner and outer accessory pockets, a quick-access pocket and a pen loop. Everything closes with a zip, and a key holder is built in.
How do I carry it when travelling with a suitcase?
By hand or on the shoulder, thanks to a padded, removable strap. A pass-through strap lets you secure it to the handle of a wheeled suitcase, and the padded back panel makes it more comfortable to carry against the body.
Is it bulky or heavy when empty?
It measures 405 × 60 × 305 mm and weighs 510 g empty: less than half a kilo added to the weight of the laptop, for 13 litres of storage. It comes with its straps.
How credible are the recycling claims for this HP Everyday bag?
They are backed by figures: at least 60% post-consumer recycled plastic, the equivalent of 24 bottles, a 100% recycled plastic packaging bag, a 100% recycled paper label and FSC-certified packaging. The calculation follows the EPEAT IEEE 1680.1-2018 standard.
Is the HP Everyday bag new and under warranty?
Yes: the bag is new, in its original packaging, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The HP product sheet (PDF) details the materials, the compartments and the maximum laptop dimensions.
