1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

5120 x 1440 pixels, in a 32:9 format on 49 inches. That is the equivalent of two 27-inch monitors side by side, without the central bezel — the whole point of this super ultrawide format.
What does the MSI MPG 491CQP's QD-OLED panel bring?
A 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio and a 0.03 ms grey-to-grey response time. OLED truly switches off each black pixel: that is where this contrast comes from, out of reach of a backlit panel.
Is the MSI MPG 491CQP G-SYNC compatible?
No: it supports Adaptive-Sync, but neither NVIDIA G-SYNC, NVIDIA Reflex nor AMD FreeSync is listed. Adaptive-Sync remains the common standard that synchronises the image with the graphics card.
