3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

How many pages does the HP 950XL black cartridge really last?
Two figures coexist, and both are accurate: approximately 2,300 pages stated for the 53 ml of ink, and ~1,650 pages of average yield measured in continuous printing on an OfficeJet Pro 8600A. The actual yield varies considerably depending on the content of the pages printed.
Which printers is the CN045AE cartridge intended for?
The HP OfficeJet Pro 251dw (CV136A), 276dw (CR770A), 8100 (CM752A), 8600 (CM749A) and 8600 Plus (CM750A), 8610 (A7F64A), 8615 (D7Z36A), 8616 (J5T77A), 8620 (A7F65A) and 8640 (K7U92A). Compare this code with the one on your machine before ordering: the commercial names look very similar from one model to another.
Does this reference also contain the colours?
No, only black. The CN045AE is sold individually, in high capacity. The cartridges in this range are individually replaceable: you only buy again the colour that has run out, without throwing away those that still contain ink.
Are printed documents resistant to water and fading?
Yes. The ink is pigment-based: on an OfficeJet Pro, prints resist smears, water and fading over time, results obtained on paper bearing the ColorLok logo.
Is the black comparable to that of a laser printer?
Yes: this ink is aimed at laser-quality black text, sharp and precise, including on the colour graphics of professional documents. It is designed for office environments, enough to print professional-quality brochures and flyers in-house.
What should I do with the HP 950XL cartridge once it is empty?
It can be returned through the HP Planet Partners recycling programme, whose availability varies by country; the materials collected are processed in accordance with applicable regulations. Worth noting: 85% of genuine HP ink cartridges contain between 3 and 75% recycled content of post-consumer origin.
How can I be sure of receiving a genuine HP 950XL, and what warranty applies?
