Why choose a dot matrix printer such as the Epson DFX-9000?
Because it prints by impact: a head strikes an ink ribbon against the paper. It is the only process capable of printing through a carbonless multi-part form — delivery notes, invoices in several copies, administrative forms. Neither laser nor inkjet can do this.
