A built-in clock driver (CKD) buffers the frequency and stabilises it. Validated by the four major motherboard manufacturers for the Intel Z890 chipset and the Core Ultra series 2 processors.
288-pin CUDIMM format, desktop PC
Certified for the Intel Z890 chipset
Support for Intel Core Ultra desktop processors (series 2)
The ADATA CU-DIMM 16GB DDR5-6400 MHz memory module brings next-generation speed to demanding desktop PCs. Designed for intensive tasks such as AI, deep learning and 3D rendering, it delivers ultra-fast data processing thanks to its 6400 MT/s data rate. Its Clock Driver (CKD) stabilises the frequency for consistent performance, while the integrated PMIC provides efficient, stable power delivery. ECC error correction boosts reliability and lightens the load on the processor. Compatible with Intel® Core™ Ultra processors, this memory optimises productivity and stability.

Frequently asked questions
What are the delivery times and fees?
Delivery all over Morocco within 1 to 5 working days, at the same rate in every city for parcels up to 30 kg — and free delivery from 3 000 dh of purchases. Above 30 kg, the rate follows the weight and is shown on the product page and in the basket. You are notified by SMS, then called by the courier.
Is the product new and under warranty?
Yes: a new, genuine product, delivered in its original packaging with an invoice. The invoice serves as the warranty document (1 year) with the manufacturer's after-sales service in Morocco.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes, at the Casablanca store (Mon–Fri 10am–7pm · Sat 10am–2pm) or the Témara collection point (Mon–Fri 8.30am–1pm / 2–6pm · Sat 8.30am–12.30pm). Payment on site: cash, bank card via terminal, certified cheque.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card online (secure Attijari Payment), cash on delivery, bank transfer and certified cheque. All our prices are in dirhams, VAT included.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name (with its ICE)?
Yes. Provide your company's legal name and ICE when ordering: the invoice is issued in its name and enclosed with the parcel (handed over with the order for in-store collection). Companies and public bodies can also request a quote — reply within 24 working hours.
Registered in the RDIMM format: it only works in a server designed for that type of memory. Qualified by HPE on its platforms, with error detection that avoids needless replacements.
•Registered RDIMM format: servers only, never a desktop PC
•DDR4 generation, not compatible with a DDR5 slot
•Tested and qualified by HPE on all its server platforms
Works with recent AMD and Intel platforms. Power management built into the module (PMIC) at 1.1 V and on-die error correction, with around 8% lower consumption than DDR4.
Laptops and mini PCs: the 262-pin SO-DIMM format does not fit a tower. CAS latency 46-45-45-90, 1.1 V voltage and JESD79-5A compliance, on Intel and AMD platforms alike.
Boost your desktop PC's performance with the Silicon Power U-DIMM 16GB DDR5-5600 MHz CL46 memory module. Designed for the latest-generation processors, it delivers a speed of 5600MT/s for exceptional responsiveness and smooth multitasking. Its low 1.1V voltage optimises power consumption, while On-D
Intended for a laptop or a mini PC: the 262-pin SO-DIMM format does not fit a tower. DRAM chips selected for stability, and installation with no configuration needed.
Designed for HPE ProLiant Gen9, Gen10 and Gen10 Plus servers, as well as for the Apollo, Synergy and Blade ranges. Stated target: cloud computing, virtualisation and databases.
Intended for mainstream HPE Compute platforms, this server memory is tested and authenticated by HPE before shipping. CAS latency 22-22-22, 1.2 V voltage and unbuffered operation.
Compliant with JEDEC standards, it installs with no tuning and runs at 1.2 V to limit heat inside the case. Bandwidth of 25,600 MB/s and compatibility validated on the common Intel and AMD platforms.
The connector notch sits differently from that of DDR4: the module only fits a DDR5 motherboard. PMIC visible in the centre, 1.1 V supply and on-die error correction.
•Fits a 288-pin DIMM slot in a desktop PC
•Offset notch: cannot be fitted on a DDR4 motherboard
Careful cooling: a 42 mm tall black aluminium heat spreader, to be measured before sliding it under a large CPU cooler. XMP 2.0 profile on Intel, Ryzen support on AMD, for 25600 MB/s of bandwidth.
