1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this ADATA card work on the Nintendo Switch 2?
Yes: it is explicitly stated to be Nintendo Switch 2 compatible. It was this console that imposed the microSD Express standard, which is not to be confused with conventional microSD cards.
Why is this ADATA card so fast?
Because it uses a PCIe Gen3 x1 interface — the one used by SSDs — instead of the conventional SD bus. Hence 800 MB/s read and 700 MB/s write.
Are these 800 MB/s reached on any device?
They require an SD Express compatible device: it is a standard separate from UHS-I and UHS-II. Check that your console, camera or reader states it before counting on this speed.
Is this card suitable for video recording?
Yes: it carries the V30 class, i.e. a minimum sustained write speed of 30 MB/s. It is this floor, not the peak speed, that stops a recording from cutting out.
What other devices can this card be used in?
In handheld games consoles and laptops, in the microSDXC format. It is the 256 GB capacity that makes it a credible storage expansion for a console.
Is this ADATA Premier Extreme 256 GB card new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new ADATA product, reference UD256GEX3L1-C, in the microSDXC Express format. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year.
