1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Why is this ADATA card so fast?
Because it adopts the PCIe and NVMe protocols — those of SSDs — over a PCIe Gen3 x1 bus, instead of the conventional SD bus. Hence the 800 MB/s read and 700 MB/s write.
Are these 800 MB/s reached on any device?
They require a microSD Express compatible device: it is a new standard, separate from UHS-I and UHS-II. Check that your device states it before counting on this speed.
What does this speed compare to, in practical terms?
ADATA puts it at 1.5 times the speed of a SATA SSD, 2.7 times that of a high-speed UHS-II SD card and 8 times that of a standard UHS-I SD card.
Is this card suitable for video recording?
Yes: it supports the V30 video specification, i.e. a minimum sustained write speed of 30 MB/s. It is this floor, not the peak speed, that stops a recording from cutting out.
Does this card withstand harsh conditions?
Yes: it is rated resistant to shocks, extreme temperatures, X-rays and magnetic fields. It is also certified by the SD Association.
What devices can this 512 GB card be used in?
In smartphones, tablets, video cameras and PCs. ADATA positions it for creators, photographers and gamers who handle large files.
Is this ADATA Premier Extreme 512 GB card new and under warranty?
