This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What can you plug the EPOS PC 5 Chat into?
Any device with a 3.5 mm jack socket: PC, Mac, mobile phone or tablet. A single plug and nothing to install — it is the headset you plug in just as easily at the office as at home.
Does the microphone cut out background noise?
Yes, it is a unidirectional noise-cancelling microphone: it picks up what comes from the front — your voice — over the 90 Hz to 15 kHz range, and rejects what comes from the sides.
Does this headset help you concentrate when working from home?
Its stereo design covers both ears and minimises distractions from background noise, with on-ear cushions that rest on the ear. EPOS intends it for remote working, e-learning and calls.
What sound quality can you expect from this entry-level headset?
Dynamic, closed-back drivers covering 42 Hz to 17 kHz at 32 ohms, for a level of 95 dB SPL. The closed-back design helps keep sound from leaking out to the people around you.
How long is the PC 5 Chat's cable?
2 m, enough to reach a tower on the floor or stand up during a call without pulling on the plug. The headset is also stated to be lightweight, for extended wear.
