Can this camera withstand impacts?
Yes: it is IK10 vandal-resistant, the highest level of the standard, on top of its IP67 weatherproofing. Its 390 g metal housing matches: this is the model to choose for a lobby, a car park or an accessible façade.
How far can this camera see in the dark?
Its infrared reaches 30 metres. Its sensitivity goes down to 0.005 lux, and to 0 lux with infrared on; the night image is then in black and white.
Will this UAC-D122-AF28(40)M camera work with my recorder?
It supports TVI, AHD, CVI and CVBS signals, the four standards used by analogue recorders, in 1080p at 25 or 30 frames per second or in 720p. CVBS accepts both PAL and NTSC.
Is day/night switching automatic on this camera?
Yes, and it can also be forced: three modes are available — Auto by default, Day, Night. Forced Night mode is useful in a room that stays dark during the day.
How much ceiling space does this camera take up?
109 mm in diameter and 83 mm high — the most compact dome in the range — but 390 g in metal. Use suitable wall plugs: this is not a plastic housing.
Is this UNV UAC-D122-AF28(40)M camera new and under warranty?
