1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the Connect LB240 compatible with an Intel Core Ultra processor?
Yes, as long as the processor fits the LGA 1851 socket, the one used by desktop Intel Core Ultra chips: this socket is on the kit's list of supported mounts. The Connect LB240 also fits LGA 1700 and 1200, the older 1151, 1150, 1155 and 1156, and the high-end 2066, 2011 and 1366 platforms.
Can the Connect LB240 be mounted on an AMD AM5 motherboard?
Yes: the AM5 socket of recent desktop Ryzen processors is among the supported mounts, as is the AM4 socket of the Ryzen 1000 to 5000. The kit also accepts the older AM3, AM2+ and AM2 sockets. Threadripper platforms are not on its compatibility list: their processor, much wider, needs a block sized for it.
How much room does the Connect LB240 need in the case?
A 240 mm mounting position, meaning two 120 mm fans side by side, at the front or under the top of the case. The radiator is 120 mm wide and 27 mm thick, and the 25 mm fans add to that: under the top panel, check that this combined thickness does not hit the memory modules or the top edge of the motherboard.
Does the fan speed of the Connect LB240 adapt to the load?
Yes, both 120 mm fans are PWM: controlled by the motherboard, they spin slowly when the processor is idle and speed up as its temperature rises. The curve is set in the BIOS or the motherboard software. They are high static pressure models, designed to push air through the tightly packed fins of a radiator.
Why a copper base on the Connect LB240 block?
Because copper conducts heat much better than aluminium: in contact with the processor, the copper base quickly passes the heat to the liquid. The pump, housed in the same block, circulates the liquid to the 240 mm aluminium radiator, where the two fans dissipate the heat into the air. The loop is sealed: no liquid to add during installation.
