The MA500 is a 320 g voice enhancer worn at the waist. The /105 version comes with the E105 headworn microphone, for hands-free speaking in front of a class, a group or a stand.
Eight hours on six AA batteries
A 5 W amplifier drives a 2.5" full-range speaker. The unit runs on six AA alkaline batteries, not included, for up to 8 h of continuous use; it also accepts Ni-MH or Ni-Cd rechargeables, which it charges itself in 10 to 15 h with the optional power adapter. A second 3.5 mm mini-jack input plays an MP3 player together with the voice.
A cardioid microphone right by the mouth
The E105 is an electret microphone mounted on a 100 mm gooseneck, with a windscreen and a 1.5 m cable. Superlux intends this version for rather small, quiet spaces.
