Pantum P2500 · A4 monochrome laser

A black and white laser that fits on the corner of a table.

The P2500 prints 22 A4 pages per minute from a single computer, connected with the USB cable supplied in the box. No network or screen to set up: plug it in, install the driver and print documents with crisp text, without ink drying out between uses.

Connected by USB, ready in one step

The P2500 connects over Hi-Speed USB 2.0 to a single computer, and Pantum supplies the cable. The driver installs in a single step, on Windows 7 to 11, macOS 10.7 to 12 or Linux Ubuntu 16.04 to 22.04. Printing uses the GDI language: the computer prepares the page, which keeps the printer simple, with 128 MB of memory and a 600 MHz processor.

Small outside, sturdy inside

At 337 mm wide and 178 mm high, the P2500 slips onto a shelf or the end of a desk. Pantum mounts its parts on an internal metal frame, so the mechanism stays stable print after print.

The input tray holds 150 sheets and the output 100 sheets: plain, thin or thick paper, cardstock, labels, transparencies and envelopes.

For home and individual desks

Pantum recommends up to 2000 pages per month, with a peak of 15000 pages allowed in a busy month. That is the pace of a family, a student or a freelancer printing quotes, course notes or forms. The one-piece P-210 series cartridge combines toner and drum: it is replaced in one move, with no separate part to manage.

Duplex is done by hand: the P2500 prints the front sides, then you put the stack back in the tray for the reverse sides. And the starter cartridge supplied prints 700 pages; the following P-210 series cartridges print 1600.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Pantum P2500 connect over Wi-Fi?
No: the P2500 connects only via USB 2.0, and the USB cable is supplied in the box. The wireless version of the same printer is the P2500W, which adds 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi.
Does it print double-sided automatically?
No: duplex printing is manual. The printer outputs the first side, then you put the stack back in the tray to print the back, with help from the driver. For automatic duplex, you need a printer such as the Pantum BP5200DW.
Which cartridge does the P2500 use?
A one-piece P-210 series cartridge, combining toner and drum, with a capacity of 1,600 pages. The printer ships with a 700-page starter cartridge.
How many pages per month can it print?
Pantum recommends 2,000 pages per month, with a maximum of 15,000 pages in a peak month. It suits home use, a student or an individual workstation.
How much space should be allowed?
