1 month warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 month manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 month by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Does this version of the Jabra Biz 1500 Duo connect via USB?
Yes. Model 1559-0159 ends in a USB-A plug and connects straight to the computer, with no intermediate cord or adapter. The headset is recognised as an audio device within seconds, with no prior setup.
Do you need to install software to use this Jabra headset?
No. The headset is recognised as soon as it is plugged in, with no software or prior setup. This is one of the selling points of the Biz 1500 series, designed for quickly equipping dozens of identical workstations.
Should you choose the Duo or the Mono version of the Biz 1500?
This one is the Duo, with two ear cups: both ears are covered, shutting out the buzz of the call floor. The Mono in the same series instead leaves one ear free so you can hear the team around you.
Is it compatible with call centre platforms?
Yes. The Biz 1500 series is stated to be compatible with all softphones and contact centre platforms: Cisco, Avaya, Genesys Cloud, as well as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Amazon Connect, Five9, Talkdesk or RingCentral.
Does the microphone filter out the din of the call floor for the person I am talking to?
Yes, the boom carries a noise-cancelling microphone that lets only your voice through. On your side, the attenuation comes from the two ear cups resting on your ears, as the headset has no active noise cancellation.
Can this headset stand up to intensive daily use?
