1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What difference does the HyperX Cloud Alpha's dual-chamber system make?
The 50 mm driver is split into two chambers: bass on one side, mids and highs on the other. Each is tuned independently, which reduces distortion when the bass rises and keeps voices intelligible.
Can the Cloud Alpha's mic be removed for listening to music?
Yes, it is detachable: plug it in to play, unplug it for music or travelling. It is a noise-cancelling mic, which cleans up what your teammates hear.
What are this headset's Discord and TeamSpeak certifications worth?
They are two validations by the communication platforms themselves, covering voice reproduction. They do not concern game audio, but the clarity of what your teammates receive on these two applications.
Where is the volume adjusted on the HyperX Cloud Alpha?
On an in-line control box on the cable: volume and mic mute are there, within reach during a game. The braided cable is detachable, and therefore replaceable — it is the part that wears out first on a wired headset.
Which machines does the Cloud Alpha work with?
PC, PS4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and any device with a 3.5 mm jack socket. No battery, no software driver: the headset can be used on one machine as on another without changing the configuration.
Does this gaming headset electronically cancel ambient noise?
No: the advertised noise cancellation is the microphone's, working for the person you are talking to. For you, isolation remains passive, provided by the memory foam and soft leather of the ear cups.
Can the Cloud Alpha's structure withstand being carried around?
That is the claim made: the frame is aluminium, presented as ensuring durability and stability. On a headset carried between the office and home, it is the headband that determines its lifespan.
Is the HyperX Cloud Alpha headset new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
