1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does 7.1 surround sound also work on PlayStation, Xbox or Switch?
7.1 is a software feature that is enabled on PC. On consoles and mobile devices, the headset plugs in via its jack and plays sound with nothing to install. So you get virtual positioning on a computer — useful for locating footsteps behind you or a shot from the side — and direct listening everywhere else.
How does the Razer Kraken X Lite connect, and to which devices?
Through a single 3.5 mm jack carrying both audio and mic, as on a laptop or a console controller. It is listed as compatible with PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and mobile: nothing to charge, nothing to pair, no installation.
Is it comfortable for glasses wearers over long sessions?
Yes, this has been worked on: the memory foam cushions include channels designed for glasses arms, and the headband is adjustable. At just 250 g on your head, pressure stays low even after several hours.
Will my teammates hear me properly with the built-in mic?
The mic is flexible, cardioid and unidirectional: it picks up what is in front of it and reduces sound coming from behind and the sides — PC fan, room noise. Its 100 Hz to 10 kHz frequency response covers the voice, and the boom bends to bring it closer to your mouth.
Does it need a sound card or an amplifier to drive it properly?
No. It plugs straight into the jack output of a PC, controller or phone: no installation, no additional accessory. Its stated specifications are an impedance of 32 ohms at 1 kHz and a sensitivity of 109 dB.
Can it also be used for music and films, or only for gaming?
Its 40 mm neodymium magnet drivers cover a range of 12 Hz to 28,000 Hz: music and films come through without difficulty. The cushions are oval, in leatherette, and the whole headset weighs just 250 g — enough to keep it on your head for a long time.
Is the headset new and under warranty?
Yes: the headset is new and sealed, reference RZ04-02950100-R381, supplied with its invoice, which serves as a 1-year warranty. All the technical specifications are set out in the datasheet (PDF).
