This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Lenovo Legion H300's mic retract completely?
Yes, it is fully retractable: it slides into the ear cup once the game is over, and the headset becomes a listening headset again. It is an electret condenser mic, unidirectional and noise-cancelling, covering a band of 100 Hz to 10 kHz.
Does this headset cancel noise for the wearer?
No: the H300's noise cancellation is the microphone's; it cleans up what your teammates hear. For you, isolation is passive, provided by the memory foam cushions covered in leatherette that close around the ear.
Do I need an adapter to connect the H300 to an Xbox One?
On some controllers, yes: Lenovo states that some Xbox One controllers require a headset adapter sold separately. On PC, Mac, PS4, Nintendo Switch and mobile, the 3.5 mm jack plug is enough as it is, with no accessory.
How do I adjust the volume or mute the mic mid-game?
With the in-line control box on the cable: volume wheel and mic mute. You can do it blind, without leaving the screen or opening the game menu. The braided cable measures 1.8 m, enough to reach a tower on the floor.
Why does a Y-splitter come with this headset?
Because many towers and older laptops have two separate sockets, one for the headphones and one for the mic, whereas consoles and mobiles have only one. The Y-splitter for PC covers this case, with no additional purchase.
Does the Legion H300 hold up over long sessions?
It weighs 320 g and relies on a self-adjusting suspension headband: the flexible band adjusts itself to your head, with no notches. The ear cups swivel and are padded with memory foam under soft leatherette.
Is this gaming headset's structure sturdy?
The frame is made of steel, which Lenovo presents as an all-metal frame built to last. It is a point to look at on a headset you handle several times a day: the headband is the part that breaks first on an all-plastic model.
How good are the Legion H300's 50 mm drivers?
They are 50 mm dynamic drivers with neodymium magnets, a generous size that helps the bass come through. The headset covers 20 Hz to 20 kHz, with an impedance of 32 ohms and a sensitivity of 96 dB: an ordinary headphone output is enough.
Is the Lenovo Legion H300 headset new and under warranty?
