This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What real-world battery life can I expect from the Logitech G733?
More than 29 hours, and the figure comes with two written conditions: volume at 50% and lighting turned off. With the RGB permanently on, expect noticeably less — the lighting is the first thing to turn off if battery life matters.
Do the advanced features work on PlayStation 4?
No: DTS Headphone:X 2.0 surround, Blue VO!CE filters and LIGHTSYNC lighting are not available on PlayStation 4. The headset works there, but with standard sound and no customisation.
How far can I move away from the receiver with the G733?
Up to 20 metres over a 2.4 GHz LIGHTSPEED connection, a range that Logitech qualifies: it varies with the environment and the machine. Enough to leave the room without interrupting the game or the conversation.
Is the G733's lighting customisable?
Yes: two zones and approximately 16.8 million colours, with preset animations or ones you create yourself. It is set up through the free G HUB software; the lighting can also react to the sound you are listening to.
Are the G733's accessories supplied with the headset?
No: the reversible suspension headbands and coloured mic covers exist, but Logitech specifies that they are sold separately. The headset remains customisable, provided you plan for these accessories separately.
Why is the G733 presented as ultra-lightweight?
It weighs 278 g and spreads that weight with a flexible, adjustable suspension headband, instead of concentrating it on the top of the head. The dual-layer memory foam moulds to the head and face to reduce pressure points.
How good are this headset's PRO-G drivers?
Their diaphragm is made of a hybrid material that reduces distortion: the sound stays clean as the volume rises, which matters for picking out a footstep in a busy scene. They are the drivers from Logitech's professional range.
Does the G733's mic detach?
Yes, the boom is detachable. It features Blue VO!CE filters, adjustable in G HUB to refine your voice before it goes out, and the headset's audio is Discord certified.
Is the Logitech G733 headset new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. The headset also comes in four colours — blue, lilac, white and black — selectable on this page.
