This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

How do I know where to place the TP-Link TL-WA850RE?
A 5-bar indicator shows the strength of the signal received from the internet box. You unplug it, plug it in elsewhere, and no reconfiguration is needed: that is what lets you find the right spot in a few minutes.
Does the TP-Link TL-WA850RE have a network port?
Yes, a 10/100 Ethernet port. It lets you connect a TV, console or player in the covered area by cable: the extender then becomes the wired access point for a poorly served room.
Can the TP-Link TL-WA850RE lights be switched off at night?
Yes, a night mode switches off the lights. For a unit plugged in in a bedroom or hallway, this really matters: five blue LEDs lit all the time end up disturbing sleep.
Does the TP-Link TL-WA850RE work with my internet box?
It is stated to be compatible with all Wi-Fi internet boxes and routers. That is the nature of a range extender: it picks up a standard Wi-Fi signal, whatever the brand of the equipment broadcasting it.
