1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Alloy Origins PBT work with consoles?
Yes, it is listed as compatible with PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. The same keyboard can therefore go from the desk to the living room, with no adapter accessory.
What does “100% anti-ghosting” mean on this HyperX keyboard?
That every key is registered, however many are pressed at the same time. This is stricter than keyboards limited to 6, 12 or 26 keys: no game combination will be lost, even the most complex.
What does the 1,000 Hz polling rate bring?
The keyboard reports the state of its keys a thousand times per second, i.e. once every millisecond. This is what underpins its advertised responsiveness: the keystroke reaches the computer with no noticeable delay.
Is the HyperX Alloy Origins PBT keyboard vulnerable to liquids?
It is described as water-resistant — protection against office accidents, not waterproofing. Do not immerse or rinse it: the resistance is meant for a spilled glass, not for washing under the tap.
Is the cable on the Alloy Origins PBT detachable?
Yes, the USB cable is removable. It unplugs so you can put the keyboard in a bag, and can be replaced on its own if it wears out — without having to change the whole keyboard.
How do you customise the lighting on this HyperX keyboard?
With the HyperX NGENUITY software, which manages the RGB backlighting, macros and profiles. The keyboard works without it, but you then have access to neither custom effects nor programmed keys.
Is the HyperX Alloy Origins PBT keyboard new, AZERTY and under warranty?
New, reference 639N3AA, with an AZERTY layout and HyperX Red switches. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The datasheet gives full details.
