1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What do you lose with the 60% format of the Alloy Origins 60?
The numeric keypad disappears, along with the Function key row and the navigation cluster. In return, the mouse gains a lot of room and the keyboard becomes portable — that is the deliberate trade-off of this format.
How do you access the missing functions on a 60% keyboard?
They are printed on the side of the keys. HyperX has placed the secondary function legends on the side of the keycaps, so you can spot them at a glance without learning them by heart — this is what makes the format workable day to day.
How many keystrokes can the keys on the Alloy Origins 60 withstand?
80 million presses per key. The keycaps are made of double-shot PBT, a material resistant to wear, friction and solvents: neither the legends nor the surface texture wear off over time.
What is the Alloy Origins 60 frame made of?
A full aircraft-grade aluminium body. It does not flex under typing and keeps the keyboard stable, which matters all the more on a compact, lightweight format that tends to slide on the desk.
How long is the cable on the Alloy Origins 60?
1.8 metres, and the cable is removable: you unplug it to carry the keyboard, and replace it on its own if it gets damaged. This is consistent with a format designed to be taken along.
How do you customise the lighting on the Alloy Origins 60?
With the HyperX NGENUITY software: lighting profiles, macros and settings are defined there. HyperX switches have exposed LEDs, which make the lighting effects more visible around each key.
Is the HyperX Alloy Origins 60 keyboard new, AZERTY and under warranty?
New, reference 6P6K8AA, with an AZERTY layout, HyperX Red switches and a USB connection. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The datasheet gives full details.
