This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the Logitech G413 SE keyboard AZERTY?
No: this reference 920-010437 is QWERTY US International. The letters A, Q, Z, W and M are therefore not in the same place as on an AZERTY keyboard — something to check before ordering if you type a lot of text in French.
What difference does a 1.9 mm actuation at 50 g make when chaining actions?
The keystroke is registered from 1.9 mm of travel, under a force of 50 g, with tactile feedback you can feel under your finger. The key therefore responds before it is fully pressed down: this is what you want for fast sequences in competitive games. The switches are mechanical, not membrane: each key has its own mechanism.
What is this keyboard made of, and will it last?
Two materials make it durable: PBT keycaps, chosen for their wear resistance, and an aircraft-grade aluminium frame that provides strength and rigidity. The keys therefore show less wear over time, on a keyboard intended for long sessions.
Is the G413 SE backlighting RGB?
No: it is white. It lights up the characters so you can play or work in a dark room, with no colours to program.
How many simultaneous keys does the keyboard recognise in the middle of a game?
Anti-ghosting covers 6 simultaneous keys: enough for a movement combination plus two or three actions without any press being ignored. Beyond six keys held down at the same time, recognition is no longer covered.
Does it need batteries or a USB receiver to work?
Neither: the G413 SE is a wired USB keyboard. It plugs into a USB port on the computer, which powers and connects it at the same time — nothing to recharge, no wireless latency, no dongle to lose.
Is the keyboard new and under warranty?
