1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the cable on the Huntsman Mini Red detachable?
Yes, it is a removable USB-C cable. You unplug it to put the keyboard in a bag, and you can replace it without changing the keyboard if it gets damaged — a point that matters on a format designed to be carried around.
What do you lose with a 60% keyboard?
The numeric keypad, the Function key row and the navigation cluster physically disappear — but no command is lost: they all remain available as secondary functions, printed on the side of the keys so they stay readable.
Do doubleshot PBT keycaps make any difference in use?
Yes, over time. The character is moulded into the material instead of being printed: the legend does not wear off and the textured surface does not turn shiny, even after thousands of hours on the same keys.
Do you need software to get your settings back on another PC?
No. The keyboard stores up to 5 profiles in its onboard memory, which can be activated without installing anything, along with a preloaded set of Razer Chroma RGB effects. Plug it in elsewhere and your settings are there.
Why an optical switch rather than a conventional mechanical one?
Because the keystroke is registered by a beam of light rather than by metal contact: actuation is faster and there is no contact bounce to filter out. Razer presents these switches as superior to traditional mechanical designs.
Is the 60% format comfortable for everyday use?
It is presented as ideal for minimalist setups or small desks, where space matters. The keyboard is easy to move and can be positioned more freely during a game — the trade-off being the constant use of secondary functions.
Is the Razer Huntsman Mini Red new, AZERTY and under warranty?
New, in original Razer packaging, code 8886419346753, with an AZERTY layout. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. It needs no batteries: power comes through the USB-C cable.
