This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the Logitech G213 a mechanical keyboard?
Its keys use mechanical domes — a design halfway between a classic membrane and a true mechanical switch. Logitech states a response up to 4 times faster than on a standard keyboard, while typing stays quiet.
Is the G213 wrist rest included?
Yes, it is built into the keyboard — nothing to attach or put away. The tilt can also be adjusted to two levels, so you can find the least tiring position for a long session.
How does the G213 RGB lighting work?
Through five independent lighting zones, with a palette of nearly 16.8 million colours. So it is not per-key backlighting, but five blocks that you colour separately. Light bleed around the keys has been reduced to make them easier to read in the dark.
Can the G213 survive a spilled glass?
It is designed to resist spills, as well as crumbs and everyday dirt. This is resistance to ordinary accidents, not waterproofing: the keyboard must not be submerged or rinsed.
Can you control music without leaving a game on the G213?
Yes, thanks to dedicated media controls: play, pause, mute, volume and next track each have their own keys, with no key combination and no need to go back to the desktop.
What happens if I press several keys at once?
The G213's gaming matrix is tuned so that every key combination is registered — this is known as anti-ghosting. In a game, a movement command combined with an action is therefore not lost.
Do you need software to customise the G213?
For the RGB lighting and for assigning several functions to a single key, yes: this is done through Logitech Gaming Software. The keyboard works without it, but you then have access to neither custom colours nor macros.
Is the Logitech G213 keyboard new, AZERTY and under warranty?
New, reference 920-008088, with a French AZERTY layout, in black, in original Logitech packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. It connects via USB, with no batteries.
