1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What does “Tenkeyless” mean on the Huntsman V3 X?
That the keyboard has no numeric keypad. It is around ten centimetres narrower: the mouse comes closer to your body and your wrist works less. It is the format chosen by most gamers who have no numbers to enter.
Which switch does this version of the Huntsman V3 X use?
The linear Optical Box switch: 1.2 mm actuation distance, with smooth and deliberately quiet keystrokes. Razer also offers a clicky variant, actuating at 1.5 mm — the version sold here is indeed the linear one.
Why an optical switch rather than a mechanical one?
Because it eliminates debounce delay: whereas a mechanical contact has to be filtered electronically, the optical beam registers the keystroke immediately. The stated lifespan is 80 million keystrokes.
What is the polling rate of the Huntsman V3 X?
Up to 1,000 Hz, meaning the key states are read every millisecond. This is the basis of the stated low latency: the keyboard does not wait to send the keystroke to the computer.
What is the Huntsman V3 X's frame made of?
A brushed aluminium top plate, stiffer than an all-plastic chassis: typing feels more stable and the keyboard does not flex under pressure. The keycaps are made of doubleshot ABS, a process in which the character is moulded into the material rather than printed.
Does the Huntsman V3 X handle simultaneous key presses?
Yes, it features advanced anti-ghosting: every key combination is registered, including when several game commands overlap. This classic flaw of entry-level keyboards is ruled out here.
