This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does Rapid Trigger mode bring to the Huntsman V3 Pro?
It removes the fixed reset point: the key resets after just 0.1 mm of upward travel, instead of waiting to be fully released. In practice, repeated keystrokes follow one another faster than with a conventional switch — this is the model's competitive edge.
Can you choose how deep the keys actuate?
Yes, from 0.1 to 4.0 mm, across the full travel. A high setting makes the keyboard very sensitive; a low setting prevents accidental keystrokes. This is made possible by the 2nd-generation Razer analogue optical switches, whereas an ordinary switch has a fixed actuation point.
What is the lifespan of the Huntsman V3 Pro's keys?
100 million keystrokes stated per switch. The actuation force is 40 g — a deliberately light touch, designed to react quickly rather than to offer resistance.
Do you need software to configure the Huntsman V3 Pro?
Not for the essentials. Actuation height and Rapid Trigger sensitivity are adjusted directly on the keyboard, guided by built-in LEDs, and the settings are saved on it. Razer Synapse is only needed for advanced customisation.
Do the Huntsman V3 Pro's settings carry over to another PC?
Yes, the keyboard stores six profiles in its own memory. Plug it in elsewhere and you get back your actuation settings, macros and lighting, without reinstalling anything.
Why are PBT keycaps better?
PBT is a denser plastic than common ABS: it does not turn shiny under your fingers and better withstands wear on the most-used keys. This is what sets a keyboard built to last apart from an entry-level one.
Is the Huntsman V3 Pro wrist rest included?
Yes, a magnetic leather wrist rest comes with the keyboard. The magnet keeps it aligned without fixing it in place: you remove it in one movement when you do not need it.
Is the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro keyboard new, AZERTY and under warranty?
New, reference RZ03-04970500-R3F1, with an AZERTY layout and Razer Chroma RGB lighting. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. It connects via USB, with no batteries and no charging.
