1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What happens if I spill my coffee on this keyboard?
It is protected by a sealed spill-resistant membrane compliant with MIL-STD-810H method 504.3, which isolates the electronics from liquids — including cleaning solvents. You can therefore disinfect it thoroughly, which makes it a good choice for a shared workstation or a reception desk.
Is it quiet enough for an open-plan office or video meetings?
Yes. Its responsive tactile keys, membrane-based, provide smooth, quiet typing, designed to limit fatigue during long typing sessions. You can therefore type during an online meeting without drowning out voices.
How much desk space does it take up, and does it stay stable when typing fast?
It is a full-size (100%) format with a numeric keypad: allow 460 × 180 × 23 mm, i.e. 46 cm of width to keep free in front of the screen, for a thickness of only 2.3 cm. Its 630 g provide the stability needed while typing.
Do you need to install a driver, and is the cable long enough for a tower on the floor?
No driver or software to install: the connection is USB Type-A plug-and-play, and the keyboard is recognised as soon as it is plugged in. The sturdy cable is 1.5 m long, enough to reach a desktop tower on the floor next to the desk. And since it is wired, there are no batteries to replace and no wireless receiver to manage.
Does it work on a Mac as well as on a PC?
Yes: it is compatible with macOS 10.9 and later as well as Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and 7, simply by plugging it in and with no installation. The layout is French AZERTY, with a built-in numeric keypad — handy for accounting data entry as well as spreadsheets.
Is the Kensington ValuKeyboard new and under warranty?
Yes: a new keyboard in its original packaging, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Black, with a sturdy 1.5 m USB Type-A cable and a sealed membrane compliant with MIL-STD-810H: the whole keyboard is designed for daily use, at the office or when working from home, on PC or Mac.
