1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Huntsman Mini have a numeric keypad and Function keys?
No: it is a 60% format keyboard, with no numeric keypad, no Function key row and no navigation block. No command is lost, though — they all remain available as secondary functions, printed on the side of the keys.
Which switch does the Huntsman Mini Mercury Edition use?
The Razer Red optical switch, a linear type: travel is smooth from top to bottom, with no tactile bump. This is the profile sought for rapid repeated keystrokes, more than for typing text.
Can you take your settings with you without installing software?
Yes, the keyboard stores up to 5 profiles in its own memory, which can be activated without software. A set of Razer Chroma RGB effects is also preloaded: plug the keyboard in elsewhere and you get your configuration back.
Will the key legends wear off over time?
The keycaps are made of doubleshot PBT: the character is moulded into the material, not printed on the surface. The textured finish does not turn shiny and the legends do not wear off, even with intensive use.
How does the Huntsman Mini Mercury connect?
Via USB-C on the keyboard side, with a wired cable. The wired connection ensures stable latency, with no pairing and no batteries to keep an eye on — what competitive gamers look for.
What colour is this Mercury Edition?
White. The Mercury Edition is the light-coloured version of the Huntsman Mini, which also comes in black. Razer Chroma RGB backlighting stands out differently on a white chassis: the colours look more diffuse.
Is the Razer Huntsman Mini Mercury new, AZERTY and under warranty?
New, reference RZ03-03393600-R3F1, with a French AZERTY layout. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested if you make a claim.
