1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many keys does the Energy Sistem ESG K4 keyboard have?
69 keys, in a compact format close to 60%. It frees up a lot of desk space and is easy to carry, at the cost of having no numeric keypad and fewer dedicated keys.
Does the ESG K4 work with consoles?
Yes, it is listed as compatible with PlayStation and Xbox, as well as Windows, macOS and Linux. The same keyboard can therefore go from the workstation to the console without any extra accessory.
What is the Winlock function on the ESG K4 for?
To disable the Windows key. Pressed by mistake in the middle of a game, it minimises the game and switches you to the desktop. The Winlock function removes this risk entirely.
Is the cable on the ESG K4 detachable?
Yes, the USB-C cable detaches from the keyboard. This makes it easier to carry and lets you replace just the cable if it gets damaged, without changing the keyboard — a real durability advantage on a portable model.
Is the ESG K4 a mechanical keyboard?
No, it is a membrane keyboard. Typing is softer and quieter than on a mechanical keyboard, without the click or the pronounced tactile feedback. The choice here is compactness and light weight rather than typing feel.
