1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Ornata V3 Tenkeyless have a numeric keypad?
No, and that is the whole point of the “tenkeyless” format: the numeric keypad has been removed. The keyboard is around ten centimetres narrower, the mouse moves closer to the body and the shoulder works in a more open position.
How many lighting zones does the Ornata V3 Tenkeyless have?
Eight zones of Razer Chroma RGB — two fewer than the version with a numeric keypad, which has ten. It is a direct consequence of the format: less width, fewer zones to light.
What is a Mecha-Membrane switch?
A hybrid: it combines the audible feedback of a mechanical switch with the softness of a membrane. Typing is responsive and audible, without the stiffness or the price of a true mechanical keyboard — the compromise the whole Ornata range aims for.
Is the wrist rest included with the Ornata V3 Tenkeyless?
Yes, a magnetic wrist rest is included. It aligns itself against the edge of the keyboard and comes off in one move. On a compact format meant to be moved around, the magnetic attachment saves you from repositioning the accessory every time.
Do the keys on the Ornata V3 Tenkeyless wear out quickly?
They are made of UV-coated ABS: the coating protects the legends from fading and scratches, whereas an ordinary key eventually loses its letters. This is the classic weak point of a heavily used keyboard, dealt with here.
Can you control music from the Ornata V3 Tenkeyless?
Yes, it has dedicated, backlit media keys. However, this keyboard has no onboard memory: profiles do not follow it from one computer to another and have to be set up again on each machine.
Is the Razer Ornata V3 Tenkeyless keyboard new, AZERTY and under warranty?
New, reference RZ03-04880500-R3F1, with an AZERTY layout and a fixed wired USB connection — the cable is not detachable. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year.
