1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

What is a mecha-membrane switch on the Ornata V3?
A hybrid: it offers the audible feedback and click of a mechanical switch while keeping the softness of a conventional membrane. Typing is therefore more audible than on an office keyboard, but less stiff than on a true mechanical one.
Why is the Ornata V3 described as ergonomic?
Because its low-profile keys and shorter switches reduce the typing height: the hand stays in a more natural position and less pressure is needed. It is designed for long sessions, for gaming and work alike.
How many lighting zones does the Ornata V3 have?
Ten zones of Razer Chroma RGB, with a palette of 16.8 million colours. This is not per-key lighting: the ten zones are coloured independently of one another.
Do the key legends on the Ornata V3 last over time?
The keys are made of UV-coated ABS: the coating makes the legends more resistant to fading and scratches than on an ordinary key. It addresses the classic weakness of a heavily used keyboard, whose letters eventually wear off.
Is the wrist rest included with the Ornata V3?
Yes, a magnetic wrist rest is included. The magnet keeps it aligned without any fastening, and it comes off in one move. The keyboard is also described as spill-resistant — resistance to everyday accidents, not waterproofing.
Does the Ornata V3 have dedicated media keys?
Yes, dedicated media controls let you handle play, pause and volume without leaving a game or using a key combination. However, this model has no onboard memory: profiles do not follow it from one computer to another.
Is the Razer Ornata V3 keyboard new, AZERTY and under warranty?
New, reference RZ03-04460500-R3F1, with an AZERTY layout and a wired USB connection, no batteries needed. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
