1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Are the MSI FORGE GK110's keys mechanical or membrane?
They are membrane keys, not mechanical switches: typing is quiet and responsive, which is welcome in the evening or in an open-plan office. Each key is rated for 8 million keystrokes.
How many simultaneous keys does the keyboard recognise in the heat of the action?
26 anti-ghosting keys: movement, jump and skill shortcuts can be pressed together without any keystroke being ignored. This is the limit that really matters in a game, far more than the total number of keys. The connection is USB 2.0.
Is the cable detachable, and how long is it?
Yes: a 1.5 m detachable USB-A to USB-C cable. Good news for taking it to LAN parties, and above all for the keyboard's lifespan — the cable, the most stressed part, can be replaced without changing the whole unit.
Is it really a French AZERTY keyboard, and how many keys does it have?
Yes, AZERTY layout: this is the FR version, reference S11-04FR254-HH9. The European version has 98 keys, compared with 97 on the US version. It connects via USB and the keyboard is stated for Windows 11.
How much desk space does it take up?
389 mm wide, 145 mm deep and 39 mm high, and it weighs 540 g. A compact depth that leaves room for wide mouse movements, and a weight that makes it easy to carry from one workstation to another — 660 g with its packaging.
What can you adjust directly from the keyboard, without opening a menu?
The dedicated dial adjusts the volume on the fly, and the quick-access keys control the RGB backlighting, media playback and system functions. Everything is adjusted without leaving the game or letting go of the mouse. The RGB LED backlighting offers several customisable effects, which you cycle through with the same shortcuts.
Can you raise the keyboard to tilt it to your liking?
Yes: three tilt levels thanks to the two adjustable feet at the back — flat, or raised to two heights. You choose the position according to your chair and desk height. Folded, the keyboard is no more than 39 mm high.
Is the keyboard new and under warranty?
Yes: a new, genuine and sealed product, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. It comes with its 1.5 m detachable USB-A to USB-C cable. Full specifications are given in the MSI datasheet (PDF).
