This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Is the Logitech G915 X AZERTY or QWERTY?
QWERTY. This is the point to check before ordering: the layout is English-language, so accented characters and punctuation are not in their usual places on a French keyboard.
What does the low profile of the Logitech G915 X bring?
A height of just 23 mm and ultra-flat GL mechanical switches with an actuation point from 1.3 mm. The hand stays closer to the desk and key travel is shorter: keystrokes register faster.
What does the KEYCONTROL feature on the G915 X let you do?
Assign up to 15 functions to a single key. On top of that come 9 dedicated G-keys, media keys and a roller: enough to chain complex sequences without leaving your gaming position.
Does the G915 X have a numeric keypad?
Yes, it is a full-size keyboard, numeric keypad included, despite being only 23 mm thick. It therefore takes up the usual width on the desk: it is the height that is reduced, not the footprint.
What are the keys and plate of the G915 X made of?
The keys are made of double-shot PBT, the top plate of sandblasted aluminium alloy. PBT does not turn shiny with use, and the aluminium keeps the plate from flexing: two material choices that make for durability.
Is the Logitech G915 X keyboard new and under warranty?
New, reference 920-012942, with a wired USB connection, no batteries needed, and LIGHTSYNC RGB lighting with 16.8 million colours controlled via G HUB. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year.
