1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

What is the difference between the BlackWidow V4 and the V4 X?
The X keeps the 6 dedicated macro keys and the aluminium frame, and adds a multi-function roller with secondary media keys. It is the control-oriented variant, on the same mechanical base.
How many keystrokes can the keys on the BlackWidow V4 X withstand?
100 million, certified by the manufacturer. This is the rated lifespan of Razer Green switches: with intensive daily use, it puts the keyboard's wear well beyond that of the computer it is plugged into.
What is the multi-function roller on the BlackWidow V4 X for?
To control the volume and media functions without leaving the game. It comes with secondary media keys: play, pause and tracks are controlled in one move, without using a key combination.
