This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What typing feel do the red switches on the Legion K500 offer?
A linear keystroke, with no point of resistance or click: the key travels down in one continuous movement. The force is 50 g (± 10 g), total travel is 4 mm and actuation occurs at 2 mm.
How many keystrokes can the keys on the Lenovo Legion K500 withstand?
Up to 50 million clicks per switch. The keyboard has 105 programmable keys, all covered by this rated lifespan.
Do you need software for the RGB lighting on the Legion K500?
Yes: the 16.8 million colours are set from Legion Accessory Central, Lenovo's dedicated app. Without it, the keyboard still lights up, but you cannot customise the colours and effects.
Is the palm rest included with the Legion K500?
Yes, and it is removable. You leave it in place for long sessions and remove it to gain depth on the desk — an adjustment that is not possible on keyboards with a built-in wrist rest.
What is the game mode on the Lenovo Legion K500 for?
To prevent interruptions during a game — typically the Windows key pressed by mistake, which minimises the game and switches to the desktop. Anti-ghosting completes the setup by ensuring simultaneous presses are registered.
How long is the cable on the Legion K500?
1.8 metres, braided. The braiding protects the sheath from repeated bending where it leaves the keyboard, the usual wear point of a fixed cable. The connection is USB 2.0, with no batteries or charging.
